Hurricane

Hurricane is an Autobot from the Generation 2 section of Generation 1 continuity family.

Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Hurricane is all of these, and brave, and super-intelligent! Well, actually he's about as smart as Rumble, but he's a sure thing to beat Sludge or Hooligan in a battle of wits.

In the Autobot army, Hurricane is a "Defense Tactics Specialist". This would seem to involve extensive analysis, battle planning, and an almost uncanny ability to predict enemy movements. Yes, it would seem to include all of these. On the other hand, it could mean "the big lug who drives at the enemy and shoots with guns". Hmm.
