Synopsis
The Decepticons have invaded Autobot City, smashing its defenses with their attacks. In a last desperate bid, Optimus Prime carves a path through the Decepticon forces and heads directly for Megatron. Following a mighty clash between the two leaders, Megatron falls and his army begin a retreat. The Autobots, however, have no cause for celebration as Optimus Prime has also perished, passing on the Matrix of Leadership to a new bearer, even as a terrifying new threat is coming to bear on them.

Notes
- This is the first episode of 2014.
- This event is a retelling of a portion of The Transformers: The Movie, specifically Optimus Prime's iconic charge through the Decepticons, his combat with Megatron, and his death. the "new and terrifying enemy" mentioned in the epilogue is presumably Unicron.
- The prior event "One Shall Fall..." also involves Optimus falling at Megatron's hands during a battle in Autobot City.
- Unusually for a raid event, Optimus Prime is an evolution card.
- One of Optimus Prime's evolution levels features Soundwave colored red, and Ramjet and a non-conehead Seeker similarly mis-colored, while Megatron's robot-mode card has him standing over a green Optimus Prime.
- Optimus Prime dies. Again.
