« Beast Wars: Super Lifeform Transformers »

The Transformers: Beast Wars toyline included most of the same toys released by Hasbro in 1996 with the exception of Razorbeast and Iguanus. Takara also added an original character in the form of Shadow Panther. Nearly all of the members of the Axalon and Darksyde crews would receive running changes in their decoes (All but Megatron and Convoy), or special promotional releases with an updated deco (Convoy). These decoes showed up both in the individually packed figures as well as the VS packs. Other show characters started out with more show accurate decoes than their US counterparts. The most notable of these are Tigatron who had the cream color of the US version changed to bright white and Blackwidow who was given a black and gold scheme much more similar to the cartoon than the black, purple, and green of the US version. The Beast Wars toyline (and its sequels) would see the regular production of Lucky Draw figures and store exclusives, a trend that continues today.

This list comprises only those figures corresponding to the original Beast Wars: Super Lifeform Transformers cartoon. The figures came in mostly red (Maximal) or purple (Predacon) boxes. Figures packed in half white or half yellow boxes, but sporting the Transformers: Beast Wars logo, belong to the Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo toylines respectively.
