James Remar

William James Remar (born December 31, 1953) is an American screen and voice actor. He is probably best known for his live action roles as Dexter's father Harry Morgan in Dexter, Ajax in The Warriors, on-off tycoon Richard in Sex and the City, Albert Ganz in the 1982 comedy/thriller 48 Hrs., Dutch Shultz in The Cotton Club, and Lord Raiden in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.
In the realm of voice acting, he has been the evil alien Vilgax in Ben 10: Alien Force and Ultimate Alien (a role he took over from Steve Blum), the Carter Hall Hawkman and the Manhunters in Justice League, Chef Larousse in Pixar's Ratatouille (which stars Patton Oswalt and features Brad Garrett), Two-Face in Batman: The Brave and The Bold, Black Mask in The Batman, Icicle Sr. in Young Justice, and Walter Hardy in The Spectacular Spider-Man (which stars Josh Keaton).
Roles
Transformers: Dark of the Moon
Transformers: The Ride
Notes
- An August 2010 press release claimed that Remar would be appearing in Transformers: Prime, but after two years with no sign of him, it seems that either the document's writer confused him with James Horan or they meant Dark of the Moon.
