Virtually nothing is known about Great Maximus. Evidently a revered entity (object? concept?), Autobots are known to swear by his (its?) name.

- Dude's name might not even be "Great Maximus"—it could just be "Maximus", and Beachcomber might just be using the "great" as an exclamation, like "Great Scott!"
