Richard Epcar (born April 29, 1955) is an American actor-voice actor / director and writer. He's done over 300 characters in games and animation. He also acts on camera in films, television, commercials and does tons of other voice work on trailers, commercial voice overs and narration of audio books-including 'White Eyes' a Doc Savage Novel. He has also supervised the dubbing of American movies into foreign languages and adapted and directed many foreign films-including many Academy Award winning films into English. He probably best known as Batou in Ghost in the Shell, the eponymous hero of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Jigen in Lupin the Third; Ansem, Seeker of Darkness and Terra-Xehanort in the Kingdom Hearts series, Raiden in the Mortal Kombat series as well as The Joker Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe and Injustice: Gods Among Us, Zangetsu and Koga from Bleach, and Ben Dixon and Lunk from Robotech, to name just a few. He is very proud to be part of the Transformers universe.
