First Aid is an Autobot from the Kre-O continuity family.

First Aid of the Protectobots is an excellent medic who believes in helping anyone who's wounded, even if they're Decepticons. His fighting skills aren't nearly as good, which sometimes leads to him doubting his role on the battlefield. He and the rest of his team can form Defensor.

After being injured in a fight while protecting humans, First Aid doubted his effectiveness in combat. Hot Spot tried to cheer him up by insisting on how valuable First Aid was to the Protectobots. Sure enough, First Aid soon had the opportunity to lead the Protectobots in a search for Swindle and Metroplex's stolen transforming cog. In the aftermath of a battle between Bruticus and Defensor, First Aid remained true to himself by even treating the injured Combaticons. Bad at Fighting? Rescue Team Protectobots, Dispatch!

First Aid comes as part of the Defensor Micro-Changer combiner set alongside Blades, Hot Spot and Streetsmart, and can be rebuilt from his robot mode into an ambulance. He can also contribute his bricks to form Defensor. His helmet was originally created for Soundwave (can you tell?) and his gun used to be Bumblebee's.
