Powerflash

Powerflash is an Autobot Action Master in the Generation 1 continuity family.

Powerflash is high-strung. He believes that all rules and regulations are meant to be followed, and will not tolerate any deviation from them. Luckily for him, he's paired with Road Rocket, a missle carrier/truck that shares his obsession with punctualism.
