Don Brown

Don Brown (June 30, 1964) is a Canadian voice actor. He is known for several roles, including Jaken on Inuyasha, Evilseed on the 2002 version of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe and a plethora of Dragonball Z characters, such as Emperor Pilaf and King Kai.
