What if galvatron turns out to be megatron's new form will this page be merged with Megatron (Movie) or will it remain a seperate article (does it depend on personality)?

Wait for the movie. --Inkblot (talk) 04:05, 27 February 2014 (EST)

This page now redirects to Galvatron (ROTF) and I do not understand why. --KilMichaelMcC (talk) 08:34, 5 March 2014

Expanding on that, we don't yet know exactly what AOE Galvatron will be (new form of Megatron? human made clone? new character of his own?), but whatever he turns out to be surely won't be the same thing as a random video game enemy from two movies ago. The pages should NOT have been merged. --KilMichaelMcC (talk) 08:39, 5 March 2014 (EST)

I concur. Why on Earth did Transfan 1992 do this? --Sabrblade (talk) 13:20, 5 March 2014 (EST)
Well, SanityOrMadness posted the merge tag. Transfan performed the merge about two weeks later. No one seemed to have noticed the merge discussion tag in the interim. --Khajidha (talk) 13:47, 5 March 2014 (EST)
Okay, so why did Sanity post the merge tag? Aren't we supposed to be just waiting for more info before doing anything drastic? --Sabrblade (talk) 14:01, 5 March 2014 (EST)
I posted the merge tag for discussion. I wasn't going to do any merging before the movie itself came out. - SanityOrMadness (talk) 14:25, 5 March 2014 (EST)
Huh. I guess Transfan then saw it and interpreted it as a request instead of a call for discussion. --Sabrblade (talk) 14:33, 5 March 2014 (EST)

Spoiler in intro?

Is this allowed? I mean, yeah, caveat reader or whatever, but the movie isn't even out yet. Magaroja (talk) 13:51, 19 April 2014 (EDT)

Generic?

In the new trailer released on iTunes today, as "Trailer 2," when Optimus Prime is with Grimlock near the end of the trailer, Optimus is seen swinging his sword at not 1, not 2, but 3 Galvatrons! Could it mean they are generic? Like Clone Troopers?
