Cannonball is a Decepticon from the Robots in Disguise continuity family.

As with in other parts of the Multiverse, the role of bloodthirsty pirate captain Cannonball is one taken on by a number of mechs. When one Cannonball falls, another takes his name and modifies their body to keep the universe believing that it is the one and same Cannonball who lives on.
