CM's Corporation

CM's Corporation (シーエムズコーポレーション Shīemuzu Kōporēshon) was a Japanese toy company established in 2003 that released several Transformers products. The company filed for bankruptcy in March 2014, being over 400 million yen in debt at the time and citing poor domestic sales, an inability to dispose of old stock, and a decrease in demand following the 2011 earthquake as the reasons.
