Speed Stars Bulkhead was to be a non-transforming figure released under the Stealth Force Mini Changers banner. He would have come packaged together with Oil Pan, but like many other Speed Stars toys, this two-pack was never released.

End of the road. This Robot Powered Machines/Speed Stars item has been canceled, with no current plans for release.

Notes

• Dark of the Moon Bulkhead is pretty clearly a toy of Transformers: Prime Bulkhead, but its release (well, non-release) in the Dark of the Moon franchise establishes him as being a Movieverse equivalent.
