Edison is a dog from the Rescue Bots portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Edison's the one nicking other people's inventions.

Edison is one of two Doberman Pinschers owned by Doc Greene and his daughter Frankie. The other is Aristotle.

Frankie was walking Edison and Aristotle in the park when they were startled by Cody's backfiring go-kart. They broke free from Frankie and headed across the park, but were fortunately stopped by Boulder before they could run out into traffic. Cody on Patrol

Edison and Aristotle were trained enough to do a juggling trick on command, and Frankie entered them in a dog show. The show was sadly called off when the tent caught fire. Rescue Dog
