Mechanite is a substance from the Rescue Bots portion of the Aligned continuity family.

Mechanite is a substance that resembles a pitted red rock. Though not valuable, it has certain useful properties.

A piece of mechanite was kept on display at the Griffin Rock natural history museum. Evan and Myles broke in and stole it to use in their Tech Wrecker. Once it was installed, the device was able to disrupt technology within the range of its beam. Heatwave later removed the mechanite from the device in order to disable it. Bots and Robbers
