Based on the blueprints of Pounce and Wingspan, the Dread Pirate Crew form the backbone of Cannonball's crew aboard the Tidal Wave. They aren't the sharpest cutlasses in the block, but they get the pillaging and plundering done.

The Dread Pirate Crew are redecoes of Prime Vehicon, specifically the Robots in Disguise molds. One of them, representing the Pounce bodytype, is redecoed from the Car Vehicon, and the other, representing the Wingspan bodytype, is redecoed from the Jet Vehicon.

The Dread Pirate Crew also comes with two differently coloured versions of the Arms Micron Igu.
