The Transformers: The IDW Collection Volume One

Beginning in 2010, IDW Publishing began a series of hardcovers titled The Transformers: The IDW Collection, which aimed to reprint the IDW Transformers stories in a "suggested reading order" up through The Transformers: All Hail Megatron and beyond. However, there have been a few cases of some questionable placements for certain stories, but the overall order is manageable. Volumes 1–8 cover the IDW-verse up through the end of 2009 ongoing series. Phase Two beings with "The Death of Optimus Prime" one-shot and the first issues of More than Meets the Eye and Robots in Disguise.

For each volume (1–8), E.J. Su provides brand new cover art of a specific character that plays a notable role in certain comic stories featured in each volume.
