The Utmost are aliens from the Marvel portion of the Generation 1 continuity family via Regeneration One.

Native to the planet Cresta Superior, The Utmost are a race of humanoid aliens with reasonably advanced technology. Their symbol appears to be two intertwined yellow dragons.

The Decepticon leader Bludgeon chose Cresta Superior as the perfect location to demonstrate the destructive capabilities of his Blitz Engines to Soundwave. They watched as the Matrix energy-infused drones assaulted Mega-Captial Tykkam, Citadel Majestika, and slaughtered The Utmost, with Soundwave commenting that no-one would miss them.
