Noboro Huruse

Noboro Huruse (古瀬登 Huruse Noboro) is an animation director born January 20, 1955 in Japan. His other credits include work on shows including Astro Boy, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Initial D, Lupin III, and Pokémon XY.
