Cannonball is a Decepticon from the Robots in Disguise continuity family.

As in other parts of the Multiverse, the role of bloodthirsty pirate captain Cannonball is one taken on by a number of mechs. When one Cannonball falls, another takes his name and modifies his body to keep the universe believing that it is one and the same Cannonball who lives on.
