Yokohama Prime is an Autobot from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Yokohama Prime (ヨコハマプライム Yokohama Puraimu) is the Autobot Commander assigned to the city of Yokohama.

Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

When Doctor Arkeville constructed a clone of Optimus Prime in his secret base in Yokohama, he was about to activate it with his Dark Energon Emblem Cookie when Yokohama Prime broke in. He used his Autobot Cookie to bring back the clone's sense of justice and was almost successful before NAVI-ko warped in and won Nemesis Prime over with her Yokohama Decepticon Cookie.

Yokohama attempted to battle Nemesis with other Town Commanders, but was soundly beaten back. Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Notes

• Yokohama Prime was conceived as part of the "Cybertron Satellite" promotion wherein select towns and neighborhoods had their own "mascots".
• Yokohama Prime is modelled after the live-action movie Legends Class Jazz, who's basically got a Chinese dragon sitting on his head in reference to Yokohama's famous Chinatown, one of the largest in the world.
