Nemesis Grimlock is a Decepticon from the Age of Extinction portion of the Movie continuity family.

Nemesis Grimlock (ネメシスグリムロック Nemeshisu Gurimurokku) is a hugely powerful Transformer, and he exerts that power in the service of just one 'bot: Nemesis Prime, the berserker clone of Optimus Prime. Nemesis Grimlock exists only to serve and protect his master, and can use his Tyrannosaurus rex mode to blast his foes with pressurized carbon dioxide.

Yokohama Decepticon Secret Base

Nemesis Grimlock and Nemesis Prime were at the Transformers Expo, where they stepped up to aid another Nemesis Prime against the Autobot forces in the Expo.
