While on the forefront of a battle between Brasnya and Russia, Todorof attempted to contact Arkurin, but outbound signals were jammed by the Decepticons. Escalation #4 The battle eventually escalated to involve Transformers and Major Arkurin informed Skywatch of the confrontation. Escalation #6 Skywatch sent a team there to check it out. Devastation #1
