IDW Generation 1 continuity

During the Transformers' war, the Galactic Council had a phobia shield installed on Deimus to protect it from the warring race. An Autobot team consisting of Hoist, Perceptor, Swerve, Sunstreaker and Bob fell victim to this shield after crash-landing on the planet in search of an abandoned Decepticon outpost, but Hoist was able to outsmart it and keep the team alive long enough to be rescued.
