When Drift, Pipes and Riptide were out looking for "wheels", a ship called the U1 caught Drift's eye at the Festival of Lost Light and after the most cursory of negotiations he handed over a billion shanix to its owners in exchange for the keys. Smelling a rat, Riptide returned later and found the ship's owners to be less than savoury characters but was unable to warn anyone after they beat him senseless, meaning that he missed the newly renamed Lost Light's launch.
