The Bi-Partate Committee for State Affairs is one of the governing bodies of Cybertron, including members of the Maximals and Predacons. Their members include:

• On Earth, bi-partate is not actually a word. Humans have the word "bipartisan" instead, meaning two political parties or factions agreeing. But Cybertron plays by different rules!
