James McDonough (sometimes credited as Brad Mick) was a writer on some of Dreamwave's Transformers comics. 99% of his dialogue was blatantly lifted from the animated Transformers: The Movie. When Pat Lee refused to pay him for that any longer, he and his partner, Adam Patyk, filed a lawsuit, thus causing the downfall of Dreamwave.
