Micronus Prime

Micronus Prime is a member of the Thirteen and the first Mini-Con from the Aligned continuity family.

So if the Mini-Cons are Pokemon, does this make him Arceus?

The smallest member of the Thirteen, Micronus Prime was the first Minicon created by Primus. Micronus's special gift was the ability to impart power to his siblings through his Chimera Stone. His closest friend was Onyx Prime, although he also struck up friendships with the creatively-inclined Solus Prime and Nexus Prime.

According to legend, at the beginning of time, Unicron and Primus battled each other for eons, with neither side remaining victorious for long. Till, that is, Primus created the Thirteen. These Thirteen defeated Unicron and cast him into space. One Shall Rise, Part 1

The Covenant of Primus

Micronus Prime was the fifth Prime created to battle Unicron. His artifact of power was the Chimera Stone, which allowed him to temporarily impart his fellow Primes with additional power. He served as a strategist during the battle against Unicron, and struck up a deep friendship with what would become his closest friend Onyx Prime. In the age that followed, Micronus became friends with Solus and Nexus Prime. The schism caused by Solus Prime's murder and which ended Liege Maximo's death left him grief-stricken and inconsolable. When Onyx Prime entered the Well of All Sparks and create the Transformer race, Micronus accompanied his best friend on this mission. Their sacrifice activated the Well and allowed it to start producing new life. The Covenant of Primus
