Tetsuo Kanao (金尾哲夫 Kanao Tetsuo, born September 29, 1950) is a Japanese voice actor. He has been often casted in anime as military and villain types. Which can be heard as Bui from Yu Yu Hakusho, Kuromado from Toriko, Konrad Steinmetz from Chaika: The Coffin Princess, Michael Gern from Turn A Gundam, Patros the Arrancar from Bleach, Sark from Kingdom Hearts II and Zangief from Street Fighter II: The Movie.

In his fair share of dubbing, Dr. Kirk Langstrom/Man-Bat from Batman: The Animated Series, Gríma Wormtongue from The Lord of the Rings, Orson Welles from Ed Wood, Chancellor Valorum from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Rupert Giles from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and among other roles that he dubbed.
