Moustache Pig

The Moustache Pig is a Deceptihog from the Angry Birds Transformers continuity.

The no-nonsense Moustache Pig (sometimes known as the Foreman Pig) is not particularly smart; though he believes he can build anything, his work is shoddy and falls apart at the merest touch. But especially now that he's got the power of Lockdown, he is feared by Autobird and Deceptihog alike.

And they're all extremely envious of his metal moustache.

Moustache-Lockdown was captured by the Eggbots shortly after the Flock and Bad Piggies were transformed by the Allspark Egg. Moustache was frozen in a block of ice until he was freed by his teammates. Angry Birds Transformers

As Lockdown, Moustache Pig's primary weapon is a rapid-fire blaster that unloads a stream of 15 weak but fast shots. The weapon does not recharge when idle, so every 15 blasts it takes a few moments to reload. While the blaster can shatter Glass blocks and explode TNT crates with ease, it takes longer to break Wood and Stone blocks. On the other hand, it's very good at pushing those harder blocks into each other, which lets him create tower-toppling domino effects with careful aim.

His secondary attack, earned with sufficient upgrades, is an EMP Stunner, which swiftly knocks flying Piggies and missiles out of the air. However, this move needs to be powered by energon cubes obtained by de-cyberforming parts of the terrain. Luckily, that's another thing his rapid-blaster is good at.

Moustache also gained an "Energon" power-up body with a stronger blaster and many more glowy bits.

Lockdown takes 800 Piggie points to release, plus you need to complete his intro level to add him permanently to your roster. Scanning his toys via Telepod only gives you about 6 hours of time to use him, but you can scan over and over again.

Notes

• Promotional materials for the game, including an introductory YouTube video, call Lockdown's base Piggie "Foreman Pig". However, the game proper calls him "Moustache Pig".
• Moustache Pig's Lockdown body is most very definitely inspired by the Age of Extinction version of Lockdown.
