Guard-Dawg is a robot from the Age of Extinction portion of the live-action film series continuity family.

A dog-shaped robot, Guard-Dawg is intended for home protection. He has voice recognition to identify his owners, and can (possibly) dial 911 if he detects intruders. Like most of Cade Yeager's inventions, Guard-Dawg is something that only works moderately effectively.

Age of Extinction film

As Tessa returned to the house, Guard-Dawg rushed out to greet her and promptly failed to recognize her as a resident of the house. As he announced he was going to dial 911, she told him to go ahead.

Guard-Dawg was later sitting on a table in Cade's workshop when Lucas disparaged the invention. As Guard-Dawg barked, Cade told Lucas he'd get the dog upset. When Cemetery Wind members entered the workshop during their raid, Guard-Dawg ineffectively told them to back off from the property. Age of Extinction
