Tetsuo Komura (小村哲生 Komura Tetsuo) is a Japanese voice actor. Some anime roles he's known for include Caesar Orion in Dragon Quest and Orochimon in Digimon Tamers.

In the world of dubbing, he played Emperor Gruumm in Power Rangers S.P.D., Joe (Humphrey Bogart) in Sahara, and Dirty Dawson (the TV character) in 101 Dalmatians and 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure.
