So much "Nyeh!" in one image.

Alan Oppenheimer (born April 23, 1930) is a veteran American voice actor, and one of several Transformers voice actors who have also appeared on the various Star Trek television series. However, he is best known for his voice roles, including Mighty Mouse, Vanity in The Smurfs, Ming the Merciless from Filmation's Flash Gordon, the Overlord from BlackStar, Falkor and Gmork from The NeverEnding Story, the Scientist from 9, and, of course, Skeletor, Man-At-Arms and Mer-Man from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Nyeh!

He is the third cousin of Robert Oppenheimer.
