Similar to the Sticker Adventures books from the early days of the line, this book features a series of pages in which the reader completes a black and white image by selecting the appropriate sticker from a sheet in the middle of the book (the sheet being bent in half by the top center staple) and placing it in the empty spot in the image. Some of the images have the reader locating the head or weapon of a character, while other images have the reader attempting to locate armor panels or other less easily associated items. A handful of pages exist that do not have a corresponding sticker; some of these are head shots of characters, while others show two characters on the same page. All the artwork in the book appears to have been inspired by similar artwork used in other such books, but is original in the sense that room had to be made for the stickers themselves.
The cover of the book features a (rather clumsily altered) photo of Optimus Prime that blends into a black and white image and has a sticker for a lower right arm. The back cover has a Bumblebee cut-out; it's too large to be a regular bookmark cut-out, but not designed to be a door hanger cut-out.
