The Protex Rocket Launcher is a long-ranged ammo weapon used my Meltdown which deals plasma damage to enemy shields. It's S-Tech, "Hot Heal", fires two rockets at the target. If they hit, they convert into repairing rockets and return to Meltdown, repairing him for a proportion of the damage dealt.
