Riot Hand Axes

The Riot Hand Axes deal electrical damage to the sparks and shields of all targets hit by the swing. The "Spin Blade" S-tech sends it's user Front-Line into a spinning frenzy, carving up nearby enemies and converting their severed matter into repairs.
