Heat Vents

Periodically vents excess heat from Ripraw's systems, leaving lingering damage on nearby enemies. Also channels heat into the grenade launcher, enabling its shells to cause periodic damage. The resulting debuffs makes the enemies more susceptible to the axe S-tech.
