Frenzy (フレンジー Furenjī) is a Decepticon who resides in Cloud World's Underground. He is under the ownership of Soundwave and part of the Data Disk Team.

Cloud Frenzy was repurposed from Generations Frenzy. Frenzy transforms into a "data disc". He is designed to interact with the Voyager Class Soundwave mold, being capable of storing in and launching out of Soundwave's chest compartment, and features a partial, spring-loaded transformation to robot mode that is triggered when a button on his underside is pressed. He features hands that are compatible with 3mm posts, and comes with a clear-purple plastic case which can be used to store him in disc mode.

Due to his construction, Frenzy has little to no posability, and the fact there is nothing to lock his feet into the proper position renders standing alone very difficult for him.

He was only available as part of a four-disc set with Rumble, Ravage, and Ratbat.
