Raoul is a human in the Generation 1 continuity family.

Raoul (spelled Raul by some fans) is a break-dancing street punk carjacker with a bandana, spikey hair, a rinestone-studded leather jacket and a heart of gold.

Man, the 80's sucked.

Raoul first appeared in the episode Make Tracks, in which he mistook Tracks for an ordinary car that he attempted to steal, but then helped Tracks thwart a Decepticon plot to invade New York City. Raoul made a return appearance in Auto-Bop, in which he confronted another Decepticon scheme that sought to brainwash humans using disco music.
