Released in February 2009, Volume 3 in IDW Publishing's Classic Transformers series continued their quest of reprinting old issues of Marvel's original G1 comic in full-color trade paperback omnibuses. Volume 3 contains issues 33 to 46, and like the previous volumes, copyright troubles surrounding the character Circuit Breaker forced IDW to replace one issue with a text summary by Stuart Denyer.
