Shinpachi Tsuji

Shinpachi Tsuji (辻親八 Tsuji, Shinpachi born on October 20, 1956) is a Japanese voice actor. Among his most prominent roles are Baihumon in Digimon: Tamers, Shintarō Kosaka in Witch Hunter Robin, Pakkun the dog in Naruto, Big Ear in Big O, Elvis in Black Lagoon, Marakov in Fairy Tail and Bason in Shaman King.

In the world of dubbing, he also voiced Carl Carlson and Mayor Joe Quimby in The Simpsons, Harvey Bullock in Batman: The Animated Series, Bizarro in Superman: The Animated Series, Dennis in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, Daedalus in God of War III, Frank Tripp in CSI: Miami, and Miles O'Brien in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
