Overclock's long range Razer Rocket Launcher has an auto-reload feature, though since its Stellar Rocket S-tech allows it to fire plasma-filled rockets which do a devastating amount of damage to his targets, it's probably rare that he needs it.

Tip: If you spy an enemy at long-range with full shields, Stellar Rocket will help bring their shields down, opening their spark up to Overclock's physical-damage weapons.
