Drive-By's Veil Rocket Launcher fires plasma-filled rockets across the battlefield at a steady rate. While it's usually only good for taking out Autobot shields, he can also use the Steel Splitter S-tech, which fires a rocket especially reinforced with G-Metal to damage the Autobots themselves as well.

Tip: If an enemy with weak spark has fled and regenerated a portion of their shield, use Steel Splitter to damage their spark and finish them off.
