The Love Bug

The Love Bug is reported to be an unpublished fill-in issue of the Marvel Transformers comic. It would have featured a Bumblebee on a solo adventure.

• Script by Peter David.
• Pencils by William Johnson.
• Inks by Kyle Baker.
• According to the writer, the art production was slow enough to make the story out-of-date with the current set of Transformer toys. Plight of the Bumblebee! was produced instead.
• The art was apparently lost or misplaced, which would make this unproduced issue a particularly impressive holy grail.
