We'd make a "compensating for something" joke, but Grimlock would incinerate us.

When Grimlock became an Action Master, he was partnered with an anti-tank cannon. It transforms into a long-range mortar launcher which can fire up to 50 miles.

The Anti-tank cannon "partner" machine can be ridden by Grimlock (or any other Action Master) or unfolded via spring-loaded gimmick to form a really big hand-held "long-range mortar launcher".
