So-yeong Lee

So-yeong Lee (이소영 Lee So-Yeong) is a Korean voice actress born November 19, 1970 in South Korea. Among the non-Transformers roles she's dubbed are Bobby Hill from King of the Hill, Edna Krabappel from The Simpsons, and Phil and Charlotte from Rugrats.
