Katsuhisa Hōki (宝亀 克寿 Hōki Katsuhisa born October 30, 1946) is a Japanese voice actor born. He usually plays gruff older men, such as Rihaku in the Fist of the North Star: The Legends of the True Savior films or Hōjō Teppei in Higurashi - When They Cry, and is also known for the role of Gekko Moriah in One Piece.

Hōki has also done plenty of work in dubbing, voicing "Flutterguy" in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Darkseid in Superman: The Animated Series and commonly voices characters played by Ving Rhames.

The Transformers

Hōki portrayed these characters only in the Japanese dub of "The Rebirth", which was released in Japan under the American The Transformers branding to distinguish it from the Japanese Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers continuity.
