Daisuke GÅri
Daisuke Gōri (郷里大輔 Gōri Daisuke, real name: 長堀芳夫 Nagahori Yoshio born on February 8, 1952) was a Japanese voice actor, who was employed by the talent agency Aoni Production.
He usually played big dumb lugs, like his role as Mr. Satan (aka Hercule), Turtle and the Ox-King in Dragon Ball Z or Sloth from the Japanese dub of The Goonies. Some other roles include Lord Zedd from the Japanese dub of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, Heihachi Mishima from the Tekken series, Robin Mask from Kinnikuman/Ultimate M.U.S.C.L.E., Cobra Bubbles from the Japanese dub of Lilo & Stitch, Vigo the Carpathian from the Japanese dub of Ghostbusters II, Roadblock from the Japanese dub of G.I. Joe: The Movie and Yosemite Sam from the Japanese dub of Looney Tunes.
He died after committing suicide on January 17, 2010, at the age of 57.[1]
