Levitacus is a member of the Autobot High Council, usually the one who speaks out the opinion of the Council.

After Optimus Prime proposes heightened awareness and security against a possible war, Levitacus disagrees, stating that their energon reserves are too low and would be better suited for altruistic purposes. He also notes that they should let "sleeping dogs lie" while the Autobots and Decepticons are still undergoing integration.
