Perla Liberatori (born April 10, 1981) is an Italian voice actress. She voiced Scarlet Johansson and Hilary Duff in many movies, but she also voiced Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Louise Belcher in Bob's Burgers, Fionna and Flame Princess in Adventure Time, Stella in Winx Club, Rika in Digimon Tamers, Hyatt in Excel Saga, Linka in Captain Planet, Kaname in Full Metal Panic, Revy in Black Lagoon and Yuki Nagato in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, among others. She is also Gianluca Crisafi's wife.
